You agree that Wer may charge fees or impose other charges for certain Services, including but not limited to:

• Membership fees (if applicable)

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and User name. You agree that Wer shall be entitled to assume that any person accessing or using the Service with a valid User name and password has Your authority to do so.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Wer in relation to Your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations (whether written or oral) with respect thereto.

13. WAIVER AND VARIATION

Wer's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right.

14. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

These Terms may be modified by Wer at its discretion from time to time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting and shall apply to all Users who continue to access or use the Service after they have been posted.
